Philippians Bible Study

Would you enjoy:  more affection, improved attitude, stronger confidence and greater peace? 

These are found in the letter to the Philippians.  

Join us for a relaxed Bible study as we read together, ask questions, and practice Bible study skills to help us dig deeper into God's Word.  Appropriate for new and experienced Bible study participants.

We all deal with anger in our lives - whether it be in a subtle or violent manner.  Frustration, irritability, annoyance, aggravation, blowing off steam, or fretting are all emotional expressions of anger.  The good new is, through this 12-step plan, we can learn to manager our anger as we:

1) Understand how unmet needs can feed anger

2) Realize how other emotions can influence anger

3) Find healthy ways to express and control your anger
