Would you enjoy:  more affection, improved attitude, stronger confidence and greater peace? 

These are found in the letter to the Philippians.  


Join us for a relaxed Bible study as we read together, ask questions, and practice Bible study skills to help us dig deeper into God's Word.  Appropriate for new and experienced Bible study participants.

1) Understand how unmet needs can feed anger

2) Realize how other emotions can influence anger

3) Find healthy ways to express and control your anger
