We live in a fast-paced and overcommitted culture. Although your daily stress can feel overwhelming, pulling you in every direction...God offers you something better.
Come join us for a 5 week study and find out how Jesus' offer of peace and rest is available to you!
Our groups are small, nonjudgmental and always confidential to allow for meaningful discussion; your participation is welcomed as you feel comfortable.

Childcare is not available during our groups.
Women 18 and over are welcome. Groups are limited to 8 women to provide a comfortable space for sharing.
